One of my favourite film as a kid was A Nightmare on Elm Street, it must have been one of the first horror film I watched that Iactually enjoyed and watched many times, so you can imagine my horror when I heard the Wes Craven classic was getting a remake, sorry reimage.
Today's the day that the trailer hits, and as always the trailer does look tantalising, we know the back story of Freddy Kruger and it looks like this film shows the "birth" of the nightmare monster.
One thing, it looks like director Samual Bayer has not only tried to re-image the film, which itself spawned many sequels, but has also stayed true to the original film, with many things in the trailer looking familiar. One things I didn't like, Freddy's voice and look as revealed at the end, let me know what you think?
The film is out next year, until then enjoy the trailer.
