Free Guy held on for a second weekend as the top film across the world with The Paw Patrol Movie impressively jumping to number 2 on its second weekend.

There were no new movies hitting the top 5 this weekend with the top new film of the weekend entering the chart at number 9 with Reminiscence taking $5 Million on its debut, Hostage: Missing Celebrity is new at 10 with $4.4 Million.

Sawn Levys action comedy set in a video game universe remains at the top of the global box office this weekend with a gross of $35.8 Million from 47 countries, a very slim 29% drop over last weekend.

The movie has a global gross of $111.9 Million after 2 weeks of release and is set to enter the top 20 of 2021 by next weekend.

The PAW Patrol: Movie

Proving to be a big global hit the children's movie climbs from 10 to 2 this weekend with a gross of $25.8 Million from 34 countries, a massive 78% increase over last weekend.

The movie has a total gross after 2 weeks of $34.5 Million.

Raging Fire

The Chinese hit movie is now 4 weeks on and takes $13.2 Million from 4 countries this weekend, a 50% drop over last week, giving the movie a $146.6 Million in total.

The Suicide Squad

The comic book super villain movie from director James Gunn falls to 4 and takes $12.1 Million from a massive 74 countries, a 51% drop over last week, this gives the movie a 4 weekend total of $140.7 Million.

Jungle Cruise

Falling to 5 this weekend is Disneys jungle adventure movie which takes $10.3 Million from 50 countries, a good 34% drop on its 4th weekend, the movie has a total global gross of $173.7 Million.

This years Star Wars Celebration, which kicks off this Thursday, 16th April, will be the biggest ever.

JJ Abrams and Kathleen Kennedy, director and producers of Star Wars Episode VII: The Force Awakens are having a panel to the kicks the event off, and of you cant make it watch it online.

Star Wars fans may be a little interested as rumours are currently circulating that a teaser poster for the film will be shown as well as the first full trailer.

Launching with a live stream of the highly-anticipated kickoff panel featuring Star Wars: The Force Awakens director J.J. Abrams and producer Kathleen Kennedy, the StarWars.com Celebration live stream powered by Verizon will continue providing coverage throughout the four-day event from a specially-designed Star Wars Cantina set located in the middle of the action on the convention floor.
