$0 Video game adaptation Sonic The Hedgehog remained at the top of the US box office for a second consecutive weekend stopping Harrison Ford's new film which made an impressive debut at number 2.
The speedy blue hedgehog remained at the top of the US box office for a second weekend with $26.3 Million.
This puts the Jim Carrey starring movie's total gross at $106.6 Million and the film has managed to pass one milestone by passing the $100 Million mark.
This is incidentally the biggest film Starring Jim Carrey in 10 years and at the current rate could be his biggest film since Bruce Almighty from 2003.
Harrison Ford follows up his return to the Galaxy Far Far Away with this more grounded movie which just misses out on the top spot.
The movie is the top new film of the week and takes $24.8 Million over the weekend.
The Margo Robbie starring Harley Quinn movie falls to number 3 this week with a weekend gross of just $7 Million.
This puts the film total gross to a fairly disappointing $72.5 Million after 3 weeks of release, it will end up one of the lowest grossing DC Universe movies.
Entering the box office at number 4 is this horror movie starring Katie Holmes which taked $5.9 Million on its debut.
Finally halling to number 5 this week with the Bad Boys reunion which takes $5.8 Million for a 6 week gross of $191.1 Million.
The movie should pass the $200 Million mark by next weekend.
Thanks to the Oscar glory the film got the SOuth Korean class movie is the longest running film on the US box office this week with 19 weeks, it has taken just shy of $50 Million.
Highest total grossing movie of the week is the Dwayne Johnson vehicle which is at number 9 this week with $310.9 Million after 11 weeks of release.
A little late reporting on this weeks charts with the figures arriving the following weekend due to the Christmas break.
UK audiences were in the mood for the Galaxy Far Far Away over the Christmas week with Rogue One staying at the top, maybe a fitting tribute as we said goodbye to Princess Leah.
With the new coming in over the festive period that actress Carrie Fisher sadly passed away what better tribute to pay than keeping Rogue One: A Star Wars Story at number one with £5.6 million on its second weekend.
This brings the films total gross to £33.9 million, an excellent gross in normal circumstances but this is a star wars film and the film is falling far short of last years Star Wars Episode VII: The Force Awakens.
Highest new entry of the week is Passengers which after bad reviews still manages to land at number 2 with £2.4 million.
Both stars Jennifer Lawrence and Chris Pratt are involved with high grossing franchises so this is by no means a big opening for them and with the no so good reviews the film could sink quite quick.
Longest running film on the chart this week is Trolls which has been around for 10 weeks not and highest total grossing movie is Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them which has now grossed £47,469,530 after 6 weeks.

Ten years ago - Happy Feet stayed at the top for a third week while and with a static top 10 the top new film was Bhagam Bhag at number 11.
Fifteen years ago - Kicking off one of the greatest series of all time The Lord of The Rings: The Fellowship of The Ring entered the box office at the top knocking off Harry Potter and The Philosophers Stone after 5 weeks at the top.
Twenty years ago - 101 Dalmatians stayed at the top for a second weekend while Matilda was the top new film of the week at number 3.
Twenty five years ago - The Addams Family was the top film of the week for a second weekend while Suburban Commando was the top new film which entered at 3.
Although the anticipation for the new Disney film Moana is quite high its not enough to knock off the three time champion Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them.
Fantastic Beast stays put at the top of the Uk box office for its third straight week with an amazing weekend gross of £4.4 million, this brings the films total gross to £37.8 million.
There should be one more weekend at the top for Beast before the Galaxy Far Far Away comes blasting in, but that should be enough to cement the film as one of the years top films.
The film still has a way to go before beating the lowest grossing Potter film which was 2004's Harry Potter and The Prisoner of Azkaban which made £45.6 million.
Highest new film of the week then come in at 2, Moana from Disney makes £2.2 million on its UK debut.
Compared to Frozen from Disney which came out at the same time of year in 2013 this is half its debut gross of £4.7 million hence we probably wont see this scaling those heights.
Also new this week is Sully at number 3 with £1.7 million, Pitbull. Niebezpieczne Kobiety at number 5 with £0.4 million, The Edge of Seventeen at 9 with £0.27 million and Bleed For This at number 10 with £0.25 million.

Disney threw their latest film hoping to hit the heights of Frozen at US audiences this weekend in the shape of Moana, they are hoping that the long holiday weekend would give it a boost.
With a debut weekend of $55 million over the Friday to Sunday they can't complain, and the long weekend from Wednesday night saw the film gain over $80 million.
With many families out shopping on the big retail weekend that includes black Friday this isn't such a bad debut, and with good reviews this could well go on and on for Disney.
Next weekend will be the big test, no new child friendly film are set for a release in the coming weeks which is good for Moana but then they get the Galaxy Far Far away to deal with, but who from, yes Disney, the Mouse House should have a good holiday.

Longest stay on the US box office is split between 3 films, Doctor Strange, Trolls and Hacksaw Ridge all on 4 weeks, although the highest total grossing by a long margin is Doctor Strange with $205 million.
In the US this week the latest in the rebooted Star Trek saga, Star Trek Beyond, makes its debut at the top of the box office knocking The Secret Life Of Pets to number 2.
The Justin Lin directed movie - taking over from JJ Abrams who was in a galaxy far far away at the time - takes $59 million on its opening weekend.
This year is the 50th anniversary of the TV series debut, but unfortunately this film has fallen short of its predecessors which both took in the $70 million or above region.
The new film has got far better reviews than Star Trek Into Darkness which could carry it onto a better gross in the long run.
The Secret Life of Pets falls to number 2 this week with a weekend gross of $29.3 million which brings the animated films total gross to $260 million.
Finding Dory is this week the highest total grossing movie and the longest running movie on the US top 10 with a $460 million total gross over 6 weeks.
