Sacha Baron Cohen stars once again in the sequel to Borat which has been given a 15 age rating in the UK by the BBFC.

The movie follows on 14 years after the original and the intrepid reporter is given the task going back to America to repair the reputation of Kazakstan which he destroyed previously.

In a similar vein to the original this is portrayed as half movie and half fly-on-the-wall documentary, and the actor tries to get 'real' people to behave in outrageous ways for the sake of entertainment.

Baron Coen is joined by Maria Bakalova in a career changing stint as his daughter to sows herself away to join him on his journey.,/p>

The movie is released directly to Amazon Prime after Universal couldn't find a theatrical window during the COVD-19 pandemic.

Here is the BBFC certificate breakdown.

  • Age rating: 15
  • Runtime: 96 minutes (1 hour 36 minutes)
  • Reason for age rating: strong sex references, crude humour, discrimination, very strong language
  • Release date: 23rd October 2020
  • The movie was passed uncut

Todd Phillips movie Joker leads the pack of Oscar nomination with 11 nods including Best Film, Best Director and Best Actor.

Other notable entries include Scarlett Johansson getting 2 nomination for The Marriage Story and JoJo Rabbit.

The Best Actress award is always one of the most open but the big money will be on Renée Zellweger for Judy, especially as Jennifer Lopez didn't even get recognition for Hustlers.

For The Marriage Story lead actor Adam Driver also gets a nomination but we all know the award on the night will go to Joaquin Phoenix in Joker.

Little Women did very well with nominations as well with Saoirse Ronan getting a nod for Best Actress and Florence Pugh getting the recognition for Best Supporting Actress.

Sam Mendes will likely walk away with Best Director and his film 1917 is odd on favourite to win Best Feature on the night.

The ceremony is on 9th February 2020 and once again there will be no host after the success of last years hostless ceremony.

Directed by Danny Boyle and written by Richard Curtis Yesterday is given a 12A age rating in the UK.

The film is about a failing musician who wakes up one day and no-one but him has heard of the Beatles - so he takes advantage of this.

The BBFC have rated the film 12A for infrequent strong language, drug references, moderate sex references and it has an official run time of 116 minutes (1 hour 56 minutes).

Marvel unleash their first blockbuster of the year to the delight of fans and like every year for the last few years it smashed into the top of the UK box office.

Captain American Civil War is the biggest assemble of Marvel superhero characters outside of an Avengers movie and takes over at the top with a weekend take just shy of £20 million.

Compared to the previous Marvel films this is fairly normal but the is by far the highest grossing Captain America movie.

Projection for the movie should be high, but Batman V Superman Dawn of Justice gave a wake up call last month as to how a superhero movie can perform below average.

The Jungle Book falls down to number 2 this week on its 3rd week of release with £5.7 million, its total is £33.2 million to date.

Highest total grossing movie on the box office is Batman V Superman Dawn of Justice which has taken £36.5 million to date.
