A new trailer has been release for the new movie in The Matrix saga which is starting to show a severe case of Deja Vu for Neo and Trinity.

The new trailer which features the returning duo from the original The Matrix trilogy heavily start to give a bit more of the story away, and it seems the dynamic duo will finally get their memories back and remember the events of the original movies.

As this is a Matrix movie there is action galore, and Neo is showing a few powers he didn't display is the first movies.

Its starting to look like from the trailer that this will lean heavily on the first (and best) movie in the original set of three movies, but with the inclusion of Jada Pinkett Smith's Niobe the sequels haven't been forgotten.

Directed this time by Lana Wachowski without her sister who co-directed the original movies this one still promises to show all the hallmarks we expect from a Matrix movie.

Set for release on 22nd December 2021 there is only a few weeks until we re-enter The Matrix.

This week the Oscar winning film starring Leonardo Di Caprio, The Revenant, takes over at the top on its debut week on sale.

The film was released in the UK on 15th January this year while winning awards all over the place and with Oscar buzz galore.

On its debut week of release it managed a very respectable £5.2 million which is just about average for a film starring Leo.

His highest grossing film is of course Titanic but this is his 3rd highest grossing movie with a total Uk gross of £22.4 million.

After a number 1 debut it spent 2 more weeks at the top before a slow decent where is spent a total of 9 weeks on the UK box office.

The film is the 141st highest grossing movie in the UK and with a world gross of $531.6 is the 140th highest grossing film across the globe.

Last weeks top film, Goosebumps, fell to the runner up spot this week.

There is one other new entry on this weeks video chart, Will Smith stars in Concussion new at number 16.

We love a bit of American Pie don't we? And we all know that there is one more slice that's about to be released in cinemas, and here we have the first teaser for that next slice of pie.

All the American Pie films have been funny, and I even think the spin offs have been worth watching, to me they are like to comedies of the '80's that I used to enjoy so much brought bang up to date.

Over the series of films cast members have dropped out with the only thread of continuity being Jim's father played by Eugene Levy, but reunion brings all the cast from the original back together since American Pie 2 hit our screens, to be fair there has only been one other theatrical American Pie, American Wedding.

Despite this we have the fully assembled original cast back together all grown up and probably married and having children and doing similar things but in a more grown up way, it should lead to laughs galore, although if Finch is still chasing his MILF surely he's now chasing a GILF!!! Only time will tell.

Check out the teaser trailer below, which manages to be funny with absolutely no film footage at all, good start I think.
