The new movie from the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Thunderbolts*, tops the UK box office on its debut weekend with a debut gross just shy of £6 Million.
This debut gross is not a bad opening for an MCU movie in the UK and it beats Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings and gets close to Captain America: The Winter Soldier.
LAst weeks top movie A Minecraft Movie falls to number 3 this weekend after a solid 4 weeks at the top having taken over £53 Million at the UK box office.
Sinners spends a third weekend at number 3 this weekend and has taken over £10 Million so far on its UK box office run.
The movie may have got very negative reviews by critics but A Minecraft Movie storms the North American box office on its debut weekend.
The movie takes an excellent $157 Million making the second highest debut gross for a movie based on a video game, The Super Mario Bros. Movie took over $200 Million on its debut.
A Working Man falls to number 2 this weekend after topping the chart last week and has taken $27.8 Million to date.
