$0 This week At the UK box office the little yellow Minions held off the highest new film quite comfortably to gain a second week a the top.
With a £4.15 million weekend the Minions has brought its total gross to £27.6 million, which ahead of both of the Despicable Me film from the same series.
Rolling into second place is Ted 2, Ted was a massive surprise hit back in 2012 taking nearly £12 million on it's opening weekend, Ted 2 has taken £3.8 on it's debut and will struggle to get over £10 million in total.
Other new films this week are Love and Mercy at number 9 and Song of The Sea at number 10.

A Year ago - Transformers: Age of Extinction took over at the top of the UK box office on its debut knocking down Mrs. Brown's Boys D'Movie to number 3.
Five years ago - The Twilight Saga: Eclipse entered the chart at the top knocking Shrek Forever After down to number 2.
Ten years ago - War of The Worlds held its own at the top while the highest new film was The Descent which enters at number 3.
Fifteen years ago - Chicken Run continued to dominate the box office at the top while this highest new entry was at number 3 in the shape of The Patriot.
Twenty years ago - The Batman franchise was still thriving and Batman Forever entered the box office at the top, First Knight fell to number 2.
Twenty Five years ago - Back to The Future Part III was entering at the top while Dick tracy fell to number 2.
The threat of the terminator posed no challenge for the Minions this week as the little green beings held on to the top spot with relative ease.
A second week at the top and a weekend gross of £6.2 million brings the total gross of the animated film to £20.9 million after 10 days of release.
Highest new entry of the week is Mr Schwarzenegger's return to the franchise which made him a star, Terminator.
Terminator Genisys enters the chart at number 2 with a weekend gross of £3.7 million, a little low maybe for a highly anticipated film such as this.
In comparison Terminator Salvation made £6.9 million on its debut, Terminator 3: Rise of The Machines took £6.08 million on its debut, so Genisys is running at half those two films.
Jurassic World continues to pull in the numbers and this week brings its total to £53 million.
Other new film this week are Magic Mike XXL at 4, documentary Amy at 5, with £523,192 the highest new entry for a documentary in the UK and Guillaume Tell Royal Opera House at 8.

Five years ago - Shrek Forever After was the highest new film of the week and the new number 1, it knocked Killers from the top spot after only a week.
Ten years ago - Stephen Spielbergs War of The Worlds was the top film on it's debut, it knocked Batman Begins from the top spot.
Fifteen years ago - Chicken Run made its debut at the top of the box office, it finally knocked Gladiator from the top.
Twenty years ago - Congo made it's debut at the top of the box office knocking Bad Boys down to number 1 after a week at the top.
Another change on the UK video chart this week with tearjerking drama The Fault in Our Stars taking over at the top of the chart on it's first week of release.
The Fault in Our Stars was released at UK cinemas on 20th June this year taking £3.4 million on it's opening weekend where it entered at the top of the box office.
A six week stay on the box office saw it take a total gross of £11 million most of which happened in the first 3 weeks of release.
Falling from the top position to the runner up on it's second week of release is Mrs. Brown's Boys D'Movie.
The HobbitL The Desolation of Smaug was released in special extended edition last week and in turn re-enters the video chart at three.
Other new film of the video chart this week are: The Snow Queen at seven, Chef at thirteen and The Hunger Games: Catching Fire re-enters at fourteen.
All change at the top of the UK video chart this week with 2 big new entries going in at 1 and 2 in the run up to the big Christmas selling season.
The Winner was Mrs. Brown's Boys D'Movie which takes over from Maleficent as the top selling DVD/Blu-ray of the week.
Mrs Brown was released at cinemas on 27th June to much anticipation and hit the top spot on it's opening weekend with a gross of £4.3 million.
It hung around the box office for 6 weeks raking in a quite respectable £14.5 million in the process, a good amount for a low budget movie.
It currently sits at the 289th highest grossing movie in the UK, across the world it didn't get a release date which isn't much of a surprise as it's very my a British phenomenon.
Also doing well is the 2014 version of the Godzilla legend which lands at number 2 this week, a number 1 film from mid May which grossed £17 million at ht box office.
The only other new film this week is the direct to DVD film Adventurer The Curse of The Midas Box.
Mrs. Brown's Boys D'Movie holds on for a second week on top of the UK box office, this week with little competition from the new realises.
Brendan O'Carroll transvestite creation takes a second week gross of £2.2 million which gives it a 10 day gross (2 weekends) of £9.3 million, not bad really.
With little movement on the box office worth mentioning is How To Train Your Dragon 2, still on previews it took £475,270 over the weekend, it has now taken £1.5 million before it's official release on Friday.
Another film doing this is Transformers: Age of Extinction which had previews from Saturday evening and took £s;4.7 million and would have been the top film, this will be added to the opening gross next week so the film WILL be number 1.
Highest new film of the week is Tammy which we all had high hopes for but in the end struggled to get a top 5 entry with £471,429 over the weekend.
The only other new film this week is The 100 Year Old Man Who Climbed Out The Window and Disappeared at 11.

A Year ago Despicable Me was still a the top of the UK box office keeping Now You See Me from the top meaning it debuted at 2.Five years ago Ice Age: Dawn of the Dinosaurs was the new top film which it did on it's debut week of release.
Ten years ago number one and highest new film was Shrek 2 which knocked Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban from the top.
Fifteen years ago The Mummy was still the top film in the UK while Sean Connery was the highest new entry at 2 with Entrapment.
Twenty yeas ago the original The Flintstones movie was the top film in the country for the month of July knocking Four Weddings and a Funeral from the top.
Twenty five years ago Batman was still the top film for the month of July but Indianan Jones and the Last Crusade and Licence to Kill were doing well.
