Horror movie Smile~2022 is turining into a franchise and gets a sequel this year in the imaginatively titled Smile 2 which has been given an 18 age rating in the UK for strong bloody violence, gore.

The movie stars Naomi Scott who has previously been seen in Charlies Angels and the live action Aladdin~2019, it also stars Kyle Gallner who has been seen in Losers Take All and The Finest Hours.

The movie is once again directed by Parker Finn who directed the first Smile~2022 which was a feature film debut.

The movie is doing well in the UK and this week takes over £2 Million to bring its total gross to £8.2 Million.

Worth a mention this week is Kneecap which jumps to number 5 this weekend after a couple of weeks playing in its native Ireland and expanding to the rest of the UK.

Inside Out 2 continues its amazing run and after 11 weeks of release has taken nearly £57 Million.

Disney have kicked off their big entertainment conference in Los Angeles this weekend and the big announcements have already started with the title for Avatar 3 and The Incredibles third sequel announcement.

The third in the Avatar series directed James Cameron and using state of the art 3D effects will be called Avatar: Fire and Ash and follows Avatar: The Way of Water which is the third highest grossing movie of all time behind the original Avatar which is the highest grossing movie of all time.

The movie is due for release across the globe staring from December 19th 2025.

Disney have also announced a sequel to The Incredibles, which is imaginatively titled Incredibles 3 at the moment, the movie follows Incredibles 2 which was released in 2018.

No release date has been set for the threequel yet!
