Horror movie Sinners has generated great critical and audience reviews and this weekend makes its debut at the top of the North American box office.

Taking a little over $48 Million on its debut it takes over from 2 week chart topper A Minecraft Movie which this weekend falls to number 2.

A Minecraft Movie has had an amazing run so far on the box office and has taken nearly $344 Million over 3 weeks and is the top grossing movie of 2025 so far.

With no strong new releases coming until Thunderbolts the first weekend in May it could see at least one more weekend at the top.

A Minecraft Movie is still the top movie globally as its gross goes past the half billion mark with $550 Million after 10 days of release.

The Amateur is the top new movie at 2 as its makes its debut with a $32.2 Million global gross.

Video game adaptation A Minecraft Movie is proving to be a massive hit as it remains at the top of the UK box office this weekend.

The movie has a 52% drop on its second weekend of release as it takes just over £7 Million this weekend to bring its total UK gross to £31 Million.
