After a single weekend at the top Furiosa gets knocked off the top of the North American box office by The Garfield Movie.
The animated tale takes $14 Million on its second weekend to top the box office and has a total of $51.5 Million to date.
Furiosa is at 2 this weekend and has taken $49.7 Million to date.
With no major new releases this weekend the Japanese animated movie Haikyu The Movie Decisive Battle At the Garbage Dump is the top new film at number 7.
The summer cinema season came to a bit of a grinding halt this weekend with no big new releases to draw cinema goers.
After a couple of new big film last weekend underperforming this weekend the John Krasinski directed movie IF~2024 goes back to the top of the box office with a weekend gross of £1.5 Million, a tiny 4% drop over last week.

Furiosa drops to number 4 this weekend and making its debut at 2 last week with under a million pound and a 51% drop.
THe highest new entry is at number 6 with the 20th anniversary re-release of Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban, while the top new movie is Haikyu The Movie: Decisive Battle At the Garbage Dump at 7 with £270,095.
