Each week we present a rundown of the UK box office chart headlines on this same week from last year thru to 1990.

The top new film of the week was Tomorrowland directed by Brad Bird and starring George Clooney and Hugh Laurie which entered the box office at number 3.
The film with the longest run was Home which had been on the box office for 10 weeks.
The top total grossing film of the week was Avengers: Age Of Ultron which had taken £45 Million after 5 weeks of release.
Another film making its debut at the top was StreetDance 3D starring Charlotte Rampling and Rachel McDowall and directed by Max Giwa and Dania Pasquini
The film with the longest run was How To Train Your Dragon which had been on the box office for 8 weeks.
The top total grossing film of the week was Iron Man 2 which had taken £19.1 Million after 4 weeks of release.
The number one film was Star Wars Episode III: Revenge Of The Sith which had been at the top for 1 weeks and with a total gross of £14.4 Million it was also the top total grossing film.
The top new film of the week was Star Wars Episode III: Revenge Of The Sith directed by George Lucas and starring Ewan McGregor and Natalie Portman which entered the box office at number 1.
The film with the longest run was Robots which had been on the box office for 10 weeks.
The number one film was Gladiator which had been at the top for 2 weeks.
The top new film of the week was Final Destination directed by James Wong and starring Devon Sawa and Ali Larter which entered the box office at number 2.

The top total grossing film of the week was Pokémon: The First Movie which had taken £10.2 Million after 6 weeks of release.
Making its debut at the top was Rob Roy starring Liam Neeson and Jessica Lange and directed by Michael Caton-Jones
The longerst run on the box office and the top total grossing film was Star Trek Generations which had taken £20.3 Million over 15 weeks of release.
Making its debut at the top was Harlem Nights starring Eddie Murphy and Richard Pryor and directed by Eddie Murphy
The film with the longest run was The War Of The Roses which had been on the box office for 12 weeks.
The top total grossing film of the week was Look Who's Talking which had taken £10.1 Million after 8 weeks of release.
Dwayne Johnson seems to be the biggest star on the planet at the moment and today he introduces the trailer for his upcoming movie Jungle Cruise.
The film also stars Emily Blunt and it is inspired by the ride at the Disneyland theme park where a boat takes a group of travelers on a boat trip down a river in the Amazon jungle where supernatural things start to happen.
The Pirates Of The Caribbean films were also based on a ride at Disneyland and those films took over a Billion each at the box office, although Tomorrowland was based on an area in Disneyland and that film bombed so the writing is on the wall for how this film will do.
The first trailer looks promising and although you get feelings of Johnsons own Jumanji as well as the 1999 film The Mummy there is enough here to get us excited.
The film is out on 24th of July 2020 so we will have to enjoy the ride until then, you can check out the trailer below.
Four weeks on top for Black Panther and seemingly no slowing down for the African set Marvel movie as it smashes the half billion barrier in US grosses.
A fourth weekend take of £41 million for Black Panther takes its total gross to £562 million and joins Star Wars: The Force Awakes to cross the half billion milestone.
Disney can't be too unhappy with the performance of Black Panther but their new muched hyped film A Wrinkle In Time manages a number 2 entry with £33 million.
Reviews have been mixed for the fantasy drama which is reflected in its opening weekend which reflects Disney's last attempt at fantasy drama Tomorrowland from 2015.
New at 3 is horror film Strangers Pray At Night which opens to £10 million while last weeks top new film Red Sparrow falls hard to number 4, Game Night finishes off the top 5.
On the Uk box office this week we have the latest X-Men film taking over at the top on its debut week of release ending Captain America's 3 week run.
£7.3 million was enough to see X-Men Apocalypse reach the top of the chart, this is fairly average for an X-Men movie although it is lower than the previous entry X-Men Days of Future Past.
Interesingly the Wolverine movies have fared the same for debut grosses meaning that the average gross of a X-Men universe movie is in the £6 million region.
Last weeks top film Captain America: Civil War falls from the top quite hard to number 4 with a weekend take of £1.3 million bringing its total to £34 million.
Highest total Grossing movie on the box office this week is The Jungle Book at number 3 with £41 million.
Historical charts
A year ago - Pitch Perfect 2 was still at the top of the list while the highest new film was at number 3, Tomorrowland.
Five years ago - Pirates of The Caribbean: On Stranger Tides, the fourth in the series, made its debut at the top while the previous weeks top film, Thor, fell to number 3.
Ten years ago - Tom Hanks starred in the adaptation of The Da Vinci Code which made its debut at number 1 knocking Mission:Impossible III to number 2.
Fifteen years ago - The Mummy Returns was the new film at the top knocking Bridget Jones's Diary down to the number 2 spot.
Twenty years ago - Toy Story made its way back to the top of the charts while Money Train was the highest new film of the week.
Twenty five years ago - Misery stayed at the top of the box office for a second week while L.A. Story starring Steve Martin was the highest new film.
No other film mattered this week as Jurassic World stormed the world box office and left the competition behind.
Taking a staggering $511 million from 67 countries the dinosaur film has become the second biggest opening film of all time, behind Harry Potter and The Deathly Hallows Part 2 from 2011.
Time will tell how well the film will ultimately do but it's half way to the magic billion dollar mark and almost quarter of the way to beating Titanic, Avatar with $2.7 billion may be a little out of its reach.
Last week top film across the globe fell into second place this week, San Andreas takes $53 million from 69 countries and has now grossed $373.3 million.
Worthy of a mention this week is Indian film Hamari Adhuri Kahaani which is number 10 this week from just 1 country.
