The movie takes over the top spot from last weeks top movie, Avatar Fire and Ask which had been at the top for an amazing 6 weeks and has taken over $1.4 Billion to date and drop to number 2 this week.

Six weeks at the top now for Avatar: Fire and Ash as the movies total gross starts to get close to $1.5 Million with a weekend taking $35 Million globally.
The movie is slowing down in its gross now and will not go over the $2 Billion mark unlike the previous two Avatar movie which has achieved this 6 weeks into their box office runs.
Top new movie this week comes in at number 4 as the Chris Pratt sci-fi thriller Mercy~2025 makes its debut at number 4.

Horror remake Nosferatu makes its debut at the top of the UK box office this weekend with a gross over £5 Million.
The movie directed by Robert Eggers makes quite a remarcable debut for a movie in January and has become the 9th top grossing movie ever in the month.
Mufasa: The Lion King stays put at number 2 this weekend with a gross of £3.7 Million while last weeks top movie Sonic the Hedgehog 3, falls down to number 4.
The movie leapfrogs over Mufasa: The Lion King and the other new entry on the top 5 this weekend We Live In Time at number 3.
Sonic the Hedgehog 3 takes £2.6 Million this weekend and now has a UK gross of £18 Million.

The shining star of the MCU might seemingly be starting to fade, but with the relese of Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 3 we get a new number one movie with a debut gross of $114 Million.
This is lower that the second movie in the series but a bit higher than Guardians of the Galaxy from 2014, time will tell how the movie does long term.
After an amazing 4 weeks at the top The Super Mario Bros. Movie drop to number 2 with a weekend gross of $18.6 Million taking its US gross to over the $500 Million milestone, making it the 19th top grossing movie ever in the US.
Doing better than anyone could have expected horror movie Evil Dead Rise is at 3 this weekend with $5.7 Million taking its total gross to $54 Million after 3 weeks.
Outside the top 5 there is a new entry for Love Again~2023 at 6 with $2.1 Million while the rest of the top 15 is dominated by holdover movies.

A second week at the top for Ant Man and the Wasp Quantumania as the new movie from director Elizabeth Banks, Cocaine Bear makes its debut at number 2.
Also new this weekend is Jesus Revolution which is new at 3 while there is also a new entry at 15 for Selfiee which takes $203,000 on its debut.
The sequel movie from the Ant-man series remains at the top of the US box office for a second weekend with a gross of $32.2 Million, and with a total gross of $167.3 Million to date it is the top grossing movie of the series after 2 weeks of release.

The sequel movie from the Shrek franchise falls to number 5 this weekend with a gross of just over $4 Million which gives the movie a total of $173.4 Million at the US box office after 10 weeks of release.
